What is SparQ Dost?

SparQ Dost is the affiliate program by SparQ that allows you to earn by recommending SparQ jewellery to your audience, friends, family and community.

As a Dost, you receive a unique coupon code that you can share with your network. When customers make eligible purchases through your association, you earn 5% commission on qualifying orders.

Your customers also receive a 5% discount on their first eligible purchase using your Dost code.

There is no inventory requirement or upfront investment. Simply share SparQ and earn from the purchases generated through your recommendation.
Who operates the SparQ Dost Program?

The SparQ Dost Affiliate Program is operated by Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited.

Who can become a SparQ Dost?

You can apply to become a Dost if you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have an active social media account, website, WhatsApp community or other promotional channel
  • Are an individual and not a competing jewellery business
  • Provide accurate personal and payment information during registration

All applications are subject to approval by SparQ.
Do I need a minimum number of followers to become a Dost?

No specific minimum number of followers is required.

You don't need millions of followers. What matters is having an audience, community or network that trusts your recommendations and is genuinely interested in SparQ.

SparQ reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
How do I become a SparQ Dost?

Register through the SparQ Dost registration page and submit the required information.

Once your application is approved and your Dost association is activated, you will receive your unique Dost coupon code and access to the affiliate dashboard.

Your Dost Code & Customer Benefits

What is my Dost coupon code?

Your Dost coupon code is a unique code assigned to you when you join the SparQ Dost Program.

You can share this code with your audience, friends, family and community. It helps SparQ identify purchases generated through your recommendation and attribute eligible commissions to your Dost account.
What benefit does my customer receive?

A new customer using your Dost code for the first time receives 5% off their first eligible order.

The 5% discount applies only to the customer's first qualifying order using a Dost code.
How much commission do I earn?

You earn 5% commission on the value of every confirmed and eligible order attributed to you.

Commission is calculated on the eligible product value before taxes and after any applicable discount.
Do I earn commission only when my coupon code is used?

Your Dost code is used to establish the customer's association with you.

Once a customer makes an eligible purchase using your code, that customer is attributed to your Dost account. You can continue to earn commission on that customer's subsequent eligible purchases for as long as your Dost membership/association remains active and renewed, subject to the Program Terms & Conditions.

Membership & Customer Association

How long does a customer remain linked to me?

Your association with an attributed customer remains active as long as your SparQ Dost membership/association remains active and is renewed annually.

You can continue to earn commission on eligible purchases made by customers attributed to you during your active membership period.

Your Dost membership must be renewed annually to continue participating in the Program and earning commissions.

The association and commission eligibility will discontinue if:

  • Your Dost membership is not renewed;
  • The SparQ Dost Program is terminated or discontinued by the Company; or
  • Your Dost account is suspended or terminated by the Company for any reason the Company considers unsuitable for the business or contrary to the Program's interests or Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I do not renew my Dost membership?

If your Dost membership is not renewed, your participation in the Program and your eligibility to earn future commissions will discontinue.

Any commissions that have already been confirmed and become payable will be handled in accordance with the applicable payout terms.
Can my Dost membership be renewed every year?

Yes.

The SparQ Dost association operates on an annual renewal basis. You must renew your association/membership to continue participating in the Program and earning commissions.

The Company may communicate renewal requirements, timelines and applicable terms through your registered email address or Dost dashboard.

Commission & Payouts

When will I receive my commission?

Commissions are disbursed only after the applicable 7-day cooling/return period has been completed and the required processing period has elapsed, or by the 10th of the subsequent month, whichever is later.

In simple terms, an order must first successfully complete the 7-day cooling/return period. The commission then becomes eligible for payout after the applicable processing period and monthly payout cycle.

Orders that are cancelled, returned or refunded will not qualify for commission, and any commission already recorded against such orders may be reversed.
What is the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout threshold is ₹500.

If your confirmed payable commission is below ₹500 at the time of the payout cycle, the amount will be carried forward to the following cycle until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
When is my commission considered confirmed?

Commission is confirmed only after the applicable 7-day cooling/return period has been completed and the order has not been cancelled, returned or refunded.

Only confirmed eligible commissions are considered for payout.
What happens if a customer cancels, returns or gets a refund on an order?

If an order attributed to you is cancelled, returned or refunded, the associated commission will not be payable.

If the commission has already been recorded, it may be reversed or adjusted against your future commission balance.
Can I track my commissions and orders?

Yes.

Your Dost dashboard provides visibility into your affiliate activity, including available information relating to clicks, orders and commissions.
Are taxes applicable to my commission?

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any tax or statutory obligations applicable to your earnings.

Self-Purchase & Promotion

Can I use my own Dost code to purchase SparQ products?

Yes.

You may use your own Dost code for your personal purchases.

However, the purchase must be genuine and made in accordance with the Program's terms. Any fraudulent, manipulated or abusive activity may result in cancellation of the associated commission and/or action against the Dost account.
Can I promote SparQ in any way I want?

You are encouraged to promote SparQ through your genuine audience and promotional channels, but all promotions must be honest, responsible and consistent with the SparQ brand.

You must not engage in misleading, deceptive, false, unauthorised or brand-damaging promotions.

Such activity may result in suspension or termination of your Dost account and may lead to forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Where can I share my Dost code?

You can share your Dost code through your genuine promotional channels, including:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • WhatsApp
  • Blogs and websites
  • Personal communities
  • Other approved promotional
    channels

You should always ensure that your communication accurately represents SparQ and its products.
Can I use SparQ images, videos and creatives?

Yes.

SparQ may provide approved content through the SparQ Dost Content Library, including:

  • Instagram creatives
  • Reels and social media
    templates
  • WhatsApp shareables
  • Product images
  • Videos
  • Seasonal campaign creatives
  • New collection launch content

These assets may be used solely for promoting SparQ and the SparQ Dost Program.
Can I edit SparQ approved creatives?

Approved SparQ assets should be used as provided and must not be altered in a way that changes or misrepresents the brand, product information, pricing or certification claims.

SparQ logos, product information and certification claims such as 925 Silver references must not be modified or misrepresented.
Should I mention my Dost code when posting SparQ content?

Yes.

Always clearly mention your unique Dost coupon code when sharing promotional content so your audience knows how to avail the applicable customer benefit and SparQ can correctly attribute the purchase to you.
Should I tag SparQ when I post?

Yes.

Promotional Restrictions

Can I list my Dost code on coupon or cashback websites?

No.

Dost coupon codes must not be listed on coupon, deal, discount or cashback aggregator websites.
Can I run paid advertisements using SparQ brand name?

Paid advertising using SparQ trademarks or SparQ brand-name keywords is not permitted without prior written approval from SparQ.

If you wish to run paid advertising campaigns, you must obtain approval from SparQ before launching the campaign.
Can I create my own promotional content?

Yes.

You may create original content around SparQ, provided that the content is truthful, does not misrepresent the brand or products, follows applicable laws and complies with the SparQ Dost Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any claims made in your content are accurate and approved where required.

Eligible Products

Which products are eligible for the SparQ Dost Program?

The Program applies to eligible core SparQ products available on sparqdiamonds.com.

The customer first-order discount and Dost commission apply only to eligible products.
Do I need SparQ approval before posting content I create?

Yes. All original promotional content created by a Dost must be submitted to SparQ for approval before it is published.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Instagram Reels
  • Instagram posts
  • Instagram Stories
  • YouTube videos or Shorts
  • Facebook posts or videos
  • WhatsApp promotional content
  • Blogs or articles
  • Any other content created specifically to promote SparQ or the SparQ Dost Program

The content must be submitted to the SparQ team for review and approval before publishing.

Dosts should not publish promotional content featuring SparQ products, brand assets, offer, pricing, product claims or the Dost Program without prior approval from SparQ.

SparQ may request modifications to the content before approval to ensure that the communication is accurate, compliant with the brand guidelines and consistent with the SparQ brand image.

Only content approved by SparQ should be published as promotional content under the SparQ Dost Program.

Please allow adequate time for the SparQ team to review and approve your content before your intended posting date.

The Content Library is a collection of approved SparQ marketing assets created to help Dosts promote the brand easily.

It may include:

  • Campaign creatives
  • Seasonal content
  • New collection launch assets

New content may be added as SparQ launches new collections and campaigns.
Can I download and share content from the Content Library?

Yes.

You can download approved assets and share them through your permitted promotional channels.

Always use the latest approved content and remember to mention your unique Dost code when promoting SparQ.

Joining & Participation

Do I need to maintain inventory to become a Dost?

No.

SparQ Dost is an affiliate program. You do not need to purchase, store or maintain inventory.

Your role is simply to recommend SparQ and generate eligible purchases through your promotional efforts.
Do I need to make an upfront investment to join?

No inventory investment is required to participate in the SparQ Dost Program.

Your participation is based on your active Dost membership/association and compliance with the Program Terms & Conditions.
Can SparQ reject my application?

Yes.

SparQ reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide a reason for rejection.
Can I leave the SparQ Dost Program?

Yes.

You may choose to discontinue your participation by contacting the SparQ Dost Program team.
Can SparQ suspend or terminate my Dost account?

Yes.

SparQ may suspend or terminate a Dost account for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Breach of the Program Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Misuse of the Dost code
  • Misleading or deceptive promotions
  • Unauthorised paid advertising
  • Misuse of SparQ brand assets
  • Activities that may damage the SparQ brand
  • Any conduct that the Company considers unsuitable for the business

Where participation is terminated for cause, unpaid or uncleared commissions may be forfeited in accordance with the Program

Changes to the Program

Can SparQ change the commission rate or customer discount?

Yes.

SparQ reserves the right to modify the commission rate, customer discount, payout terms, eligible products, membership/renewal terms or any other aspect of the Program.

Any changes will be communicated through your registered email address or Dost dashboard.
Can the terms of my Dost association change?

Yes.

The Company may modify any aspect of the Program from time to time.

Continued participation in the SparQ Dost Program after the effective date of any change will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
