Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Sparq Diamonds, we want your jewellery to feel like a purchase you can enjoy with confidence.

To make things easier, we offer both an Exchange Policy and a Buyback Policy for eligible products purchased in India, subject to quality evaluation.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% exchange value on eligible products purchased from Sparq Diamonds in India, subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may exchange your purchased item for another product from our collection, provided that:

  • The new purchase value is at least 30% higher than the original selling price
  • The customer pays the difference amount
  • The product meets all quality and documentation requirements mentioned below

2. One-Time Exchange Only

Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

Once a product has been exchanged:

  • It cannot be exchanged again
  • It will not qualify for return
  • It will not qualify under the buyback policy

3. Condition of Product

To qualify for exchange, the product must:

  • Be in good condition
  • Be free from significant damage, breakage, wear and tear, misuse, or visible alteration
  • Not have been repaired, resized, modified, or altered by any third party other than Sparq Diamonds / Nuvo Diamonds

Any product that has been altered or repaired outside our authorized process will not be eligible for exchange or warranty support.

The final decision regarding product eligibility will rest solely with our Quality Assurance Department.

4. Documents Required

To process an exchange, the following must be submitted along with the product:

  • Original Invoice
  • Original Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original Warranty Card

Requests without these documents may not be accepted.

5. Exchange Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized / bespoke / made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Exchanged products

6. Exchange Processing Timeline

The exchange process may take up to 20 working days from the date the product is received and approved by our team.

Buyback Policy

We offer a Buyback Program for eligible jewellery purchased from Sparq Diamonds in India, subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

1. Buyback Value

Eligible products will receive:

80% of the product value

Please note:

  • The buyback amount applies only to the product value
  • Taxes paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded
  • A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the invoice value

2. Buyback Validity

Buyback requests must be initiated:

within 1 year of the original purchase date

Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Product

To qualify for buyback, the product must:

  • Be in acceptable condition
  • Be free from major damage, breakage, excessive wear, misuse, or alterations
  • Not have been repaired, modified, resized, or handled by any third-party jeweller

Any external repair or alteration will make the product ineligible for buyback and may also void the warranty.

The final decision on acceptance will rest solely with our Quality Assurance Department.

4. Documents Required

To process a buyback request, the following must be submitted:

  • Original Invoice
  • Original Certificate (if applicable)
  • Original Warranty Card

Requests without these documents may not be accepted.

5. Buyback Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for buyback:

  • Customized / bespoke / made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Products previously exchanged
  • Products not purchased directly from Sparq Diamonds / authorized Sparq Diamonds channels

6. Buyback Payment Mode

All approved buyback payments will be made:

via Cheque only

Payments will be issued only to:

  • The same person / entity named on the original invoice
  • Upon verification of a valid government-issued photo ID

7. Buyback Payment Timeline

Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, the buyback payment will be processed within:

21 business days

This timeline begins after the product has been received at our registered office and successfully cleared by our Quality Assurance team.

Important Notes

  • All exchange and buyback requests are subject to physical inspection and approval
  • The company reserves the right to reject any request if the product does not meet quality or documentation requirements
  • The final decision of the Quality Assurance Department shall be final and binding
