Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- It should be in original packaging
- All tags and certificates (if applicable) must be intact
- You’ll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Please note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as Final Sale / Deals
- Gift cards
- Customized or special order products
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
The easiest way is:
- Return your item
- Place a new order for the piece you love
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified about approval
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Please note:
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
